Saber Silicone X-TRA GP Acetoxy Silicone Sealant

A one component elastomeric based polyurethane sealant. It forms a
highly elastic, tear and weather resistant joint.
DYNA-PRO® Polyurethane Sealant offers good adhesion without
primer on usual materials such as glass, stone, ceramic tiles,
polyester, anodized aluminum, concrete, wood, most lacquered
metals etc.

Surface Preparation
Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from grease,
dust, oil and any contaminant possibly harming
the bonding. It is recommended to clean the
surface with a suitable solvent such as
methylethylketone, acetone etc.
Instructions
Apply using a manual or a pneumatic gun.
Once applied, smoothen the joint with a putty
knife dipped in soapy water.
Once the cartridge is opened, the product should
be used within 24 hours; Otherwise, it could
harden.
Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C.
During curing, avoid contact with non-cured
polyurethanes, silicone sealants and alcohols

Instructions
Apply strips 5 to 10 cm apart using either a
manual or a pneumatic gun.
No mechanical holding is required in general. For
heavier elements, mechanical holding may be
required before polymerization.
Once the cartridge is opened, the product should

Anti-fungal Acrylic Sealant for Internal use in connecting
joints, chinks, cracks with excellent adhesion
ELASTO® Acrylic is a one-part acrylic sealant for interior sealant applications
around windows and doors. Sealant is paintable, flexible and easy to apply. It
exhibits good adhesion to building substrates including plaster, concrete,
masonry, brickwork, anodized aluminum, gypsum, PVC and wood. It is not
generally recommended to paint over elastic expansion joints.

Surface Preparation
Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of grease,
dust and frost. In case of renovation work, old
sealant as well as old paint must be removed
completely. It is recommended to apply a
suitable back-up material (closed cell
polyethylene backer rod or PE-foil) on the
bottom of the joint to prevent the sticking of the
sealant to the back of the joint.

Instructions
Application of the sealant during extreme
temperature variations should be avoided.
Sealant joint width should be designed to
accommodate movement capability of sealant.
After suitable joint preparation and masking
using ELASTO® general purpose masking tape,
extrude the sealant and tool within 5 minutes,
using a spatula dipped in soapy water. Remove
masking tape immediately after tooling. If
necessary, clean uncured material using an
approved sealant remover or soapy water. For
removal of cured sealant, abrasion or other
mechanical means may be needed.
Priming
Porous substrates, e.g. concrete and untreated
wood should be pre-treated with a diluted
sealant (ELASTO® Acrylic with water in a ratio of
1:1 to 1:5). Before applying primer remove
cement grouts, release agents and oil coatings.

Surface Preparation
Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of grease, dust
and frost. In case of renovation work, old sealant as
well as old paint must be removed completely. It is
recommended to apply a suitable back-up material
(closed cell polyethylene backer rod or PE-foil) on
the bottom of the joint to prevent the sticking of
the sealant to the back of the joint.
Instructions
Sealant joint width should be designed to
accommodate movement capability of sealant.
Avoid application of the sealant during extreme
temperature variations. Strict adherence to joint
design process required (operational ability of
DYNA-PRO® Acrylic can only be granted in case of
correct processing as follows). Minimum joint
width: 6mm. For joints 6-12mm wide, seal depth is
6mm. Above this range, apply width to depth ratio
rule of 2:1 (12mm being the maximum).
For joint dimensions greater than 25mm, please
contact DYNA-PRO® Technical Service department.
In situations where fillet joints are needed, a
minimum of 6mm sealant bite to each substrate is
recommended. Sealant may be tooled with water
or a neutral non-dyeing tooling liquid.
Priming
Porous substrates, e.g. concrete and untreated
wood should be pre-treated with a diluted sealant
(DYNA-PRO® Acrylic with water in a ratio of 1:1 to
1:5). Before applying primer remove cement
grouts, release agents and oil coatings. Bond
beaker tape or backer rod should be used as back
up material to provide back pressure and avoid
three-sided adhesion that limits sealant movement
capability.

Saber Silicone Acrylic Weather Sealant

One-component adhesive-sealant with permanent elasticity, medium modulus, with a consistency suitable for application with a manual or pneumatic extrusion gun, and can be smoothed with a spatula.
